GOB DAD GOLD MININGAND MANUFACTURIG S.C is established in Ethiopia by Ethiopian involving at Exploration of Gold and Related Minerals   and at Mining Project to extract the Placer Gold in an economically feasible and environmentally friendly way having a great contribution to the national economy of the country. The first project exploration License is in SOUTHER WEST Ethiopia   peoples   regional  state) waste omo zone, maji wereda, adikas and kolu locality. The mining area cover 9.45 km2, with two target blocks the result of the exploration process showed that the area had about 517.6758 kg of Gold at 95% recovery rate. The exploration is done by manually digging circular pits and re-logging local pits. Totally 111 pits are sunk in 43 profile lines out of this 71 is old pits reclogged and pan the gravel. 40 pits were digging at the river channel and at river head.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Climate condition of Licenced area<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

The tropical rainy climate occurs in the Southern margins of the highlands of western Ethiopia SWPRS region. The escarpments of eastern SWPRS receive high rain fall (greater than 1600mm) compared to the western  lowlands  of  SWPRS,  ranging  between 1201 and 1600mm, CSA (2004).The area is characterized by high rainfall of duration 6 to 7 months that  runs  from  February\/March  to  October\/November.  Similarly the margins of the highlands receive rainfall from March through to October particularly heavy rainfall from July through to September. The area is hot and moist over much of the year. The minimum temperature of the low land area is about  15.5\u2070C where  as in  the eastern  highlands  is  10  \u2070C  and  the  extreme  maximum  temperature  in the  low  land  area  is  about  44.5  \u2070C  where  as  in  the  mid  altitude  is  23  \u2070C,  the  mean annual temperature of the low land area is about 27\u2070C and the annual temperature in the  high  land  areas  is  about  21\u2070C. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Spinally in 2002 Mr. Alemu Akuz Adikas was began to establish mining association with Dr. Ashenafi Mamo on the year of that announced above, only he was the single person to start to establish Mining Company here in Ethiopia likes as a founder. He was sprawling with bearcats to brining change on Mining Industry for his homeland dwelling Maji district, at last he contacted with geologist Kedir Beshir and Economist Zerihun Mola to establish Mining Company with some interested groups and succeeded with welcoming of Gob Dad Gold Mining & Manufacturing Share Company in Ethiopia September 21\/ 2022. The area given was structured by few roads, and even fewer road signs to start finds its way, but Mr. Alemu Akuz discovering hard  ways by car and base, sometimes he was passes dangerous security areas, and super expensive lifecycle. Those early energies\u2019 paid heavy dues and proposed new duties threatened to make sure the area given from Mining Ministry straight affordable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previous works<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Very limited geological investigations, intended for different purposes have been conducted by different institutions and researchers in the south western region of Ethiopia, particularly different mineral exploration works for gold studies were carried out in the area: An Italian Gold Mining Company, Kommina 1934-1940, the company has done Placer Gold and Copper Exploration on kolu valleys, approves 400,000 metric tons copper originated Kolu Rift valley creek and Adikas Village Kalum sight  Kibish River creek. Akobo River and its tributaries approve 243698kg Gold gravelly in 1934-1940. The Eastern Bank of Akobo River these includes Adikas village and Kari River at Tirima Tid Wereda Zilimamo sub werda 1939 and Maji Awuraja  Mehal Maji Werda Adikas Kebele Kalum Seiru mountain around Kibish River and Kendibabe and Gassana creeks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The exploration area is located at South West Ethiopian Peoples National Regional State, West Omo Region, Maji Wereda Gold Mining Industrial Zone, Adikas kebele kalum, Seru, and Kolu Kebele kanu locality. Systematic exploration techniques were employed to delineate the Placer Gold deposit stands recording as above reported An Italian Gold Mining Company, Kommina 1934-1940 identical great quantity and evaluate the reserve of Gold in the area. Geological maps preparation, resource map delineation and pit excavation were the main task carried out in the exploration and this company evaluate   the deposit of   Copper ,Metal  ,marble ,limestone and natural oil founded   around   Adikas and kolu   locations . <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The study areas is done at each blocks, block 1 Adikas and block 2 Kolu stream with 9.54 km2<\/sup> tributary to Key wuha ( Red Water ) and Wash wuha ( Cavern Water ) tributary rivers or Kibish Water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total of 50 hits were sunk along 43 profile lines at 40 meters interval and average 200m profile line spacing (200X40) at two blocks. Pits are dug manually, re-log old pits and reach up to the bed rock. Circular pits were dug manually.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
